The design pays tribute to Tahi’s deep legacy in indigenous heritage and biodiversity regeneration. Nestled beside a sand dune restoration project, expansive wetlands and Tahi’s 800-acre living eco-lab, the home is immersed in nature and purpose. To the rear, the property overlooks an ancient Māori Pā (fortress), offering a powerful connection to Aotearoa’s cultural and ecological past.

Three spacious suites are complemented by expansive indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, and a generous kitchen anchored by a travertine-clad island bench.  Muted tones, refined materials and subtle textures shape the interiors, embodying a tone of casual luxury. Everything is thoughtfully designed, with everything in its place.

Your stay is supported by private staff, an executive chef and personalised experiences with our team of biodiversity ranges & scientists on our private eco-retreat.
